ATC Workshop Lesson 9 - Never Dull

This was a most interesting technique. The background color of a magazine image has been removed with Never Dull (A silver and rust remover). I love the little 'shadow' images of people walking in the one on the right. The 'resist' is elmers glue that has been squirted on and allowed to dry. I think this one will be fun to try some more. I now have a few things to do with those gazillion magazine images I have been saving!
