ATC Workshop - Tissue Paper Texture

This technique is simply crumpled tissue paper adhered to cardstock with gel medium. The geisha is a gel medium transfer I did awhile back when I was showing my mom the technique, and she seemed to go well with the background. Simple, but fun!
