Pieced Together

All of the pieces are together for this January journal quilt piece. So far, I'm not to fond of it! I wanted to turn under all of the edges, but I'm not skilled enough to do that on all of the tiny curved pieces. So, what I ended up doing is raw edge fusing the pieces to the stabilizer. The next step is to do a small zig-zag around all the edges to permanently attach them to each other. Then I will quilt it, and hope that with some embellishing, I can turn something that I don't care for into something that I at least like a little bit. I won't have time to work on it for at least a week, so maybe if my muse is in a helpful mood?
